    A A long time!! I haven’t timed it but at least several days. Killer sound!!!

    A The button that looks a bit like a “Z” is the Bluetooth pairing button. The button below the volume + button is the play and pause icon.
  3. Q When paired with a fire stick, can you volume the volume with the fire stick remote to the Sbode?
    A I don’t have a fire stick but I can control the volume through my laptop so I would assume that you can.
  4. Q how many speakers come with this $39.99 purchase? The description says speakers (plural), does it come with 1 speaker or 2 speakers?
    A Hello.. Only ONE for $39.99 but believe me definitely worth the purchase. Two paired sound awesome for the price. I love mine!!

  7. Q How is the bass?
    A I think the most important effect on the sound quality of the M400 is horizontal or vertical alignment. The unit has a nice bass speaker on each end so horizontal allows both to be heard. Vertical blocks one speaker so it sucks, IMO.The other factor is hard reflective and resonant surfaces behind and under the speaker. Listen to it on a box, then on a cushion. You'll hear a profound difference.IMO, this is a tremendous value for $40. Since I have a hearing loss, it helps me hear the device or laptop audio in a good form factor. The battery endurance is very good, too. When you pair them up, it's very impressive.I have one for my home and one for my boat. When the charging port failed on one at 7 months, I ordered a replacement that afternoon. HTH

    A Yes, you can control the volume by holding the +or- buttons on the speaker or using the volume controls on your phone/device if connected via Bluetooth.

    A I believe both will work as long as the Bluetooth signal is not too far from the source, meaning a phone,tablet,or any device that can broadcast the Bluetooth signal, see how far the speaker will go before the signal cuts off

  14. Q Should the sbode be stood up or laid down while listening?
    A Again, please read the reviews. Your speaker will eventually fail. They don’t honor the warranty. If you’re still within the return period, I’d suggest returning it and going with a different vendor. Mine was purchased for Christmas and failed within two months. Still haven’t gotten the warranty replacement that ends in a year. I should have paid attention to the reviews.

    A I have not compared them but I use this speaker for quiet music, nature sounds, and I am very happy with it for this. It's very clear with no background interference.

    A I can only guess that the battery hasn't been charged enough. I've never seen that happen on mine

    A Long-press the top blue power button until you hear a computerized female voice say "power off". You do the exact same thing to turn it on.
  18. Q Can this be used for TV speakers being placed on an end table for better sound. I am hard of hearing and need speakers.
    A You can but would need a wire unless you TV is equipped with Bluetooth
  19. Q Can the auto shut off function be disabled? I don't want to turn back on every 10 minutes.

    A If your Serius device has Bluetooth.
  21. Q Can you tune the radio to a specific station?
    A Yes, but it's a bit tricky. The + and - buttons are for both the volume and tuning. Tuning requires a quick push while volume requires a longer push, but not too long since the longer you hold it, the louder it gets. Not an idea system, but it's a nice speaker. My only complaint is that with the radio volume frequently surges momentarily following a pause in conversation on any sort of talk programming. Sbode sent instructions to reset the software, but the problem persists and I just live with it.
  22. Q Are you able to use this speaker connected to an Mp3 player?
    A Yes you can because it comes with cord to hook up if the MP3 player does not have Bluetooth
  23. Q What does it take to get an answer from support? I’ve had this sbode for about two months and it’s quit charging. Waiting for a response.
    A I had an issue within the first couple months. I emailed support the model, order number, from Amazon, sku on box and order date. I also requested a warranty replacement in the email. I had a response within the day.

    A I'm pretty sure both channels feed into one speaker unless you have the TWS feature activated. I bought two and use the TWS- love the sound quality.

  33. Q Does this work with the Echo Dot 2nd Generation?
    A Hi, The Sbode Bluetooth speaker works great with the echo dot 2nd gen, it connects in just seconds and sounds excellent. To pair and connect with the echo dot the first time, turn on the Sbode speaker and then on the Alexa APP go to Settings > Bluetooth> Pair a New Device on the Alexa App, the Sbode speaker will appear, press it and the speaker will connect.
  34. Q I used the speaker last night. This morning i have it plugged in to charge and its doing nothing. Why isnt it charging?
    A How do you know it is doing nothing. What do you mean when you say that? When I plug mine in, it doesn't do anything other than charge. It makes no sound etc... It will work while it is charging if there is enough charge. Do you have it turned on? If so, you should see the yellow charging lights and a blue light when you turn it on.     A The box states 9W Output. Not sure if that answers your question. And that is per speaker. I bought 2 and it works perfect for my pool. Sound is great & I can't have them at max volume or my neighbors would hate me. I had volume at 75% on a windy day and the sound was great. Again, I bought 2 speakers, paired 1 to the other and then that one to my phone.

  39. Q Is this splash proof or submergeable in water?
    A A company that conducted a physical test on this item says that they utilized a water hose, but do not submerge in anything. I'm getting anotylher one so i can do true stereo sound throgh them. The button near the bottom of the device will pair a second one into true stereo mode. PЕ•etty cool for a kittle bit of money.
  40. Q When I try to pair my husbands phone to the speaker it says "Connection Unsuccessful Make sure Sbode 400 is turned on and in range." What should I do?
    A Make sure the Bluetooth is on on the phone, pair with speaker and it should work

    A There is a power cord that comes with the speaker You may have to charge it before using it the first time. Use anything that has Bluetooth, pair the item and enjoy. I ran mind for five hrs and it never lost volume power. Recharge and repeat. I love the thing. Great size.

    A Nothing in the packaging related to warranty so I would contact the seller. Of course you have 30 days with Amazon and at this time of year Customer Advises that all Amazon sales have 100 day warranty from date of shipment. Wish I could help more.

    A I've had this speaker for about a week now and can tell you the bass is very mild. It does get a little punchy when listening to techno, dubstep, etc. I also have the Treblab HD55 and while it's not a perfect speaker it has some pretty good bass (at times too much) and very nice 360 degree sound.
